Abstract
Objectives: This study investigated the effects of workplace violence on turnover intention among clinical dental hygienists. Method: The study participants were 210 clinical dental hygienists from Seoul and Incheon, Gyeonggi Province. A survey on workplace violence was conducted from October 21, 2021, to November 7, 2021, to gather information from participants. Statistical analysis was conducted utilizing independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
